Education Plan

This page outlines my academic direction, career goals, and the areas of software development that I plan to continue building on as I move forward in my education and career.

Current Program

I am currently enrolled in the Software Development program at Wayne Community College. Through this program, I have developed a foundation in programming, web development, problem-solving, and software design. My coursework has helped me better understand both the technical and creative sides of development while giving me the opportunity to apply what I have learned through hands-on projects.

Career Goal

My main career goal is to become a UI/UX developer or a full-stack developer. I am especially interested in creating websites and applications that are both visually appealing and functional. I enjoy the idea of building user-friendly digital experiences while also understanding how the full system works behind the scenes.

Areas of Focus

User Interface Design

I am interested in designing clean, modern, and professional interfaces that are easy for users to understand and navigate.

Web Development

Web development is one of my main interests because it combines structure, design, and functionality into one complete product.

Front-End Development

I enjoy front-end development because it allows me to directly shape how users interact with a website, from layout and responsiveness to styling and overall presentation.

Future Educational Plans

After completing my studies at Wayne Community College, I plan to transfer to a four-year college to continue my education in a related field. Continuing my education will allow me to expand my technical knowledge, strengthen my development skills, and prepare for more advanced opportunities in the software and web development industry.

Long-Term Vision

My long-term goal is to continue growing as a developer by improving both my technical skills and my ability to create polished, user-centered projects. I want to build a career where I can contribute to professional software and web projects while continuing to learn new technologies and development practices over time.
